Appointment Scheduling

Kid’s Way Pediatrics will make every attempt to schedule a patient using the following guidelines:

  • When calling in for a same day appointment you will receive the next available appointment. If the next available appointment is not within 24 hours your call will be transferred to the nurses for triage.
  • If you are calling to schedule a well-child physical exam, please check with your insurance company to make sure that your child is due for and exam to prevent being billed for services that would normally be covered by the insurance.
  • We will make every effort to see all sick appointments within 24 hours.
  • We will do our best to honor requests for specific providers, however we cannot guarantee that the provider will always be available at the time that the appointment is wanted or needed.  If that is the case, you will be offered an appointment with another provider or possibly another time or day depending on the complaint.
