What To Expect
Thank you for choosing our office to care for your child/children. We are thrilled to be a part of your child/children’s lives and hope to develop a long-term relationship with you and your family!
Here are a few things to note as you plan your first visit:
- Please download and complete our patient forms and bring them with you to your first appointment.
- Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and bring the completed forms and all insurance cards. If applicable, please ensure that your insurance has linked you with Dr. Duffy so that we do not have to reschedule your appointment due to insurance technicalities.
- If you have a co-pay, it is due at time of service. We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards.
- In order to better serve you and to be able to focus on the health and well-being of your child/children at all times, please review our office policies that pertain to you.
If at any time you have questions, concerns, or suggestions, please feel free to contact us. Our goal is to provide you and your family with the best possible care in every aspect at all times. Open communication is key to developing a relationship that will benefit all involved, most importantly your child/children!
Again, we thank you for entrusting us with the care of your most precious gift!
